Veneered doors

Veneered doors are coated with a thin layer of natural or modified veneer (0.5 mm thick) based on MDF. The main advantages are the natural texture and environmental friendliness of the wood. Edge banding for doors is also made of veneer.

We use two types:

  • Natural veneer is a cut of wood with its natural texture fully preserved.
  • Modified veneer produced using Fine-line technology, which makes it possible to create a stable structure and shade. The main supplier of modified veneer is ALPI, Italy.

The veneer should be coated with paintwork materials, which guarantees protection against moisture, dyes, UV light, and allows the wood to have any shade.

Types of coating: paint (RAL and NCS catalogues), beitz, matte and semi-matte varnishes by Sayerlack. Modified veneer is covered with varnishes only. The range of veneered doors includes over 80 decors.
